Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mega Crash Forge website located at megacrashforge.com (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mega Crash Forge. Your continued use of the Platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Mega Crash Forge is exclusively available to individuals who are: (a) at least 19 years of age; and (b) currently residing in Canada. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet both eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate access for any user who does not meet these requirements. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access the Platform. If you become aware that a minor has accessed Mega Crash Forge, please notify us immediately at hello@megacrashforge.com.

3. Nature of the Platform

Mega Crash Forge is a free social entertainment platform offering browser-based arcade games, including Honey Rush — The Hive Protocol. All games and activities on the Platform are provided purely for entertainment purposes. No real money, currency, or monetary value is involved at any stage of using Mega Crash Forge. Virtual points, scores, or in-game achievements have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or transferred for real-world currency, goods, or services. The Platform does not constitute any form of financial product, investment, or commercial gaming service regulated under provincial gaming legislation.

4. User Accounts

Certain features of Mega Crash Forge may require you to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at hello@megacrashforge.com. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain inaccurate information, or remain inactive for extended periods. One person may maintain only one active account on the Platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Mega Crash Forge only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content
• Harvest or collect personal information about other users without their consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any party
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or overburden our servers
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform for commercial solicitation or unauthorized advertising

Violation of acceptable use standards may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where warranted.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Mega Crash Forge — including but not limited to game software, graphics, animations, text, logos, design elements, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of Mega Crash Forge or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

To the extent that the Platform permits you to submit content such as comments, forum posts, or feedback ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your User Content but grant Mega Crash Forge a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our guidelines, without prior notice.

8. Disclaimers

Mega Crash Forge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Platform. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Mega Crash Forge and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of CAD $100 or the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any). Because Mega Crash Forge is a free platform, our liability is inherently limited.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Mega Crash Forge at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive any termination. You may stop using the Platform at any time. If you wish to request deletion of your account or associated data, please contact hello@megacrashforge.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of Mega Crash Forge to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

12. Changes to Terms

Mega Crash Forge reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
